How does diode laser hair removal machine works?
Diode laser hair removal machines are based on the technology of the selective dynamics of light and heat. The laser goes through the skin surface to reach the root of hair follicles; light can be absorbed and converted into heat-damaged hair follicle tissue, so that hair loss regeneration without injury to surrounding tissue.
The proven efficacy of diode laser hair removal equipment, provides the optimal balance between high energy absorption of melanin chromophores and deep penetration into the skin, making it safe and effective for all skin types, including dark skin.
If you want to remove unwanted hair, the melanin in the hair follicles is targeted and damaged which results in the disruption of hair growth and regeneration. A diode laser can be complemented by cooling technology or other pain-reducing methods which improve treatment efficacy and patient comfort.
During a laser hair removal treatment, the laser passes through the skin and is absorbed by the melanin in the hair shaft. This absorption raises the temperature of the hair follicle and thermally destroys the cells responsible for regrowth. The attributes of the light (wavelength, pulse duration and power) are chosen to ensure damage to these cells and not to the rest of the skin.
