Laser Pigmentation Removal
Laser pigmentation removal is a non-invasive and non-surgical treatments for all kinds of skin pigmentation such as melasma and freckles. We need several different technology to work together because the pigmentation has different size and are in different depth.
For different pigmentation we suggest different lasers. Lasers are effective for the pigmentation which is in the deep dermis, such as Nevus of Ota and Melasma. IPL is safe and effective for the pigmentation in the epidermis, such as sun spots, age spots and freckles.
Laser pigmentation removal
Laser Pigmentation Removal(Q-switch laser, pico laser or fractional CO2 laser) works to safely and effectively reduce the appearance of freckles, pigmentation, and post-trauma pigmentation including acne scars and age spots.
The laser targets only the pigmented lesion in the skin which absorbs the light, without damaging the surrounding skin. The laser heats up and shatters the pigment. The pigment is then drawn to the surface without harming the surrounding tissue.
IPL pigmentation removal
IPL is stand for intense pulsed light, IPL Pigmentation removal treatments work by transmitting heat from the IPL light through to the pigmented skin areas. The IPL technology is attracted to dark pigmentation, effectively drawing the discolouration to the surface of the skin, allowing the dermis to begin the healing process of correcting the blemishes.

To remove unwanted pigmentation, we have 2 types of technology:
Laser pigmentation removal machine: Q-switch ND YAG Laser machine and picosecond laser machines use 1064nm or 532nm wavelength to work on the pigmentation, it is suitable for the pigments in both epidermis and dermis.
IPL pigmentation removal machine: IPL is the intense pulsed light, it uses a special filter (560-1200nm wavelength) for pigmentation removal. IPL is safe and effective for the pigmentation in the epidermis such as age spots and freckles.
