Handle tips lack of water

This issue may happen and we could put the hydro probe on the skin several times and remove it slowly. If it still doesn’t work, check the water supply. The Hydrafacial machine requires a steady flow of water to operate. Make sure that the water supply is turned on and that there are no blockages or leaks in the water line. 

No vacuum or weak suction

Check the suction power. If the suction power seems weak or ineffective, check the tubing and connections for any leaks or blockages. You could also check the air pump.

Tips not working

The Hydrafacial machine comes with a variety of tips for different treatments. Check that the appropriate tip is being used for the treatment and that it is in good condition.
